Naraindas Morbai Budhrani Trust (NMBT) is active in the field of social development
through various initiatives across the country. Since its inception from 2002, a low profile
and committed support has been the way of contributing in our own way to the needy
sections of the society. All our projects aim at bringing about a visible change in the lives of
programme participants with primary focus on poor and marginalized. We aim at bringing
about sustainable change through various initiatives of ensuring health, education and
poverty alleviation in various states. We reach to the needy sections of society through
Counselling/ Financial assistance to address medical need for ailments like Cancer, Eye
Care, Heart Care, Disability, food support for destitute and educational assistance.
Our programmes in Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Gujarat, Odisha,
Assam, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Jharkhand, calls for periodic Monitoring & Evaluation
engagement.
Role Description:
The person to work independently with the direction of the Trustee.
He is expected to do assessment, monitoring, performance evaluation of all the
NMBT projects across India.
Identify new projects to contribute in the social development in line with the
objectives of the trust.
Based in Mumbai but the role incurs extensive travelling across India in rural, urban
slums and tribal area.
Monitoring Team.
Monitoring HR and general administration.
Core Function and responsibility:
Identifying relevant projects, new ideas in line with the objectives of the trust.
Environment scanning, identifying areas / projects for NMBT’s intervention. Planning
and supporting networking efforts.
Programme management, assessing and providing inputs for capacity building needs
in thematic and systemic areas through quality monitoring and evaluation.
Design, plan and develop project to bring in positive social change
Financial statement analysis of all the project directly implemented by the
organization and in collaboration with different stakeholders and prepare MIS of all
project.
Supportive supervision of each team member working under different projects.
Motivating and managing the team involved in different project is imperative.
Any additional responsibilities as and when required.
Experience and qualification:
Post Graduate in Social Work/ M.B.A./ from a reputed institute.
Fair Knowledge of H R management.
Experience in result-based programming, monitoring and in HR and administration is
preferred. 10 years’ experience in the field of social development sector, having
experience in planning, monitoring and evaluating projects, interfacing with the
government and other stakeholders.
Proactive, ability to independently analyse and focus on outcome will be required to
fulfil the role.
Fair idea of programme monitoring tools, framework and should be able to do
Independent Assessment of all the programmes and administration.
Strong documentation and reporting skills are required. MoU drafting, visit reports,
periodicals etc.

2. Job Title: Clinical Counsellor
Location: Derwan, Ratnagiri.
Job Description: The candidate for the post of Counsellor will be responsible to provide clinical counselling to patient
(Cancer, psychiatry, cardiac, neurology etc.) and Caregivers in Charitable Hospitals of Derwan – BKL Walawalkar Hospital & will have to perform following roles;
● Counselling services for patients, care givers and family members to deal with the different
disease at various stages. (Individual counselling, Group Counselling, Special awareness
sessions etc)
● Financial assistance:
o Assess the patient for financial assistance (Chemotherapy / Radiation therapy /
Education / Surgery or any other support)
o Facilitate, coordinate and monitor the complete process of financial assistance as
developed by the organization in the service of poor and needy.
● Guide the patient and caregiver for available services relevant to facilitate the treatment process.
● Establish linkages with other allied services available within the hospital premises and
provided by other likeminded groups in and around city to respond to various needs of patients
and their care givers.
● Undertake home visits for financial assessment / counselling in case of need.
● Develop, nurture & promote relevant Support Groups for patient or caregivers.
● Documentation and report writing:
o Keep proper record of beneficiary at each work place (Hospital/ Accommodation
Centre/ Palliative Care centre / NGO etc.)
o Data entry of the same in the software developed by the organization.
o Generate periodic reports and furnish the same to the respective hospital.
Required skills and experience:
Academic Qualification:
A Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology
Professional Experience:
Experience preferable but fresher can apply.
Language requirement:
Proficiency in English, Marathi and Hindi
Other requirements:
Minimum commitment of 3 years
Operational computer skills – Ms Office and internet
Sound subject knowledge and interest in clinical Counselling
